Super fun, super different and unmistakably Chef Logan Robb (Casa Pernoi, Le Suprême) bringing us a “Thai BBQ“ experience in a freewheeling marriage of eclectic flavours that riff on the classics.
To-die-for scallops with fried alliums, green chilli and coconut; lemongrass shrimp, pork belly in banana leaf wraps, and northern Thai sausage at the ready to mingle with herb pickles and a perfect mango eggplant salad.
Taking over our Frame tables fresh from a culinary trip to Budapest and Prague, we can hardly wait to twist our chops around these steamy bites. With loads of candlelight and perfectly paired cocktails, we already see this as one of those “one-more-bottle” kind of nights.
