Welcome to our grownup Halloween as we transform into DRACULA Bar for the month of October. Here, the buzz you once felt by handfuls of candy is replaced by a well-crafted cocktail takeover of aptly themed drinkable elixirs and potent potions by Frame’s Jaz’min Weaver and Sean Crenny, as their imaginations run wilder than ever before.
With loads of tricks or treats to celebrate the spooky season in style, our inspiration comes from Dracula’s Castle and haunted taverns found across the pond, as Romanian chefs-in-residence Gabriel & Gabriela Botezan
take over the kitchen, building multi-course feasts of small plate takes on Transylvanian bar fare.
We’re talking: Wild and Porcini Mushroom Stew, Polenta with Soft Sheep’s Cheese, Stuffed Cabbage, Romanian Soft-Cheese Doughnuts with Vanilla Bean Creme Fraiche and Blueberry Preserve.
Spine-tingling tunes. Devilishly great food. Hauntingly good liquid treats.
