Inspired by her Lebanese heritage, Dearborn-based food influencer Amanda Saab has taken Fox’s MasterChef, Food Network’s Big Time Bake, and Instagram by storm.

Named as one of the Top 100 Women in Food by Cherry Bombe magazine, written about in the New York Times for her grandmother’s floral-scented cake, and taken notice by The Washington Post for her series “Dinner With Your Muslim Neighbor,” Amanda’s deep connection to her culture has shaped her approach to food and storytelling.

Her food is evocative and uniquely personal. Featuring all the things we love about Lebanese cuisine, but with a fresh and exciting edge all Amanda’s own, she became a star, presenting dishes with a beautiful plating style that delights your eyes before enchanting your palate.

Amanda now dedicates her time to recipe development, food writing, and storytelling, bringing us a special one-night-only taste of her cuisine to a dinner party at Frame.

We obviously can’t wait for this one.
