In perfect time to celebrate Mardi Gras, we’ve tapped Frame-fave Chef Ederique Goudia (Detroit Free Press’ “Food Fighters”, James Beard Foundation Women’s Entrepreneurial Leadership Fellowship) paying homage to her Louisiana roots, keeping our February spirit alive with a Whoopin’ Boozy Dinner Party.
Grab your feather’s, don your masks or come as you are.

We can hardly wait for our annual NOLA calling card cocktails by Frame’s Adam Accivatti. This year, partnering with Detroit City Distillery‘s limited-release “Paczki Day” Vodka distilled with fresh raspberry paczki ( YUM! ) from Hamtramck’s New Palace Bakery. Plus add in : Southern Louisiana Traditional Gumbo z’herbes, Charbroiled Oysters and Redfish Pontchartrain.

Full of chaotic charm …. think : praline stuffed beignets, dozens of colorful beads, Louisiana blues, and we’re quite confident you can skip booking a flight to The French Quarter this year.

The French call it Mardi Gras; the Brazilian and Caribbean cultures call it, Carnival.
For us, this is our Frame custom of power-loading our gluttonous behavior before Ash Wednesday.
Laissez les bons temps rouler !
